Concorso Italiano 2009

The third and what was once thought to be the last BAT car to be made and shown at the Turin Auto show was the BAT 9. It was made to look more like the current Alfa Romeo models than the other BATs had.

A Colony of BATs
at Concorso Italiano

In a history making event, all four of the Bertone designed Alfa Romeo B.A.T. Concept cars will be together at Concorso Italiano.

You may recall the announcement that Gary Kaberle will bring his BAT 11. Well, BATs rarely travel solo. Through the courtesy of Blackhawk Museum and Don Williams, with arrangments by Tim McGrane of EVENTS International, Concorso Italiano will have a colony of BATs.

Joining the BAT 11 will be the 1953 Alfa Romeo BAT 5, the 1954 Alfa Romeo BAT 7, and the 1955 Alfa Romeo BAT 9. Never before have all four BATs appeared together. Plan to join us for this historic occasion at this year’s Concorso Italiano.

The second BAT to be shown at the Turin Auto Show, this time in 1954, a year after the BAT 5. The BAT 7 took up the styling dictates of the previous model, the BAT 5, and worked them to the limit.

The BAT 5 was the first of the Bertone-Alfa Romeo BAT project.
It was first shown at the
Turin Auto show in 1953.

Non-Italian Vehicle •$200 July 1 - August 13 *Includes:* • Entrance for your registered vehicle • Entry for two vehicle occupants as the vehicle enters the event • Two Vouchers for the Non-Italian Vehicle Hospitality Pavilion • Event Goody Bag per person • Collector's Magazine per person (while supplies last)

*all other guests or handlers in your party must purchase an additional admission ticket at full price.
Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
