Kyle Fleming to be recognized
at 2010 Concorso Italiano!
Kyle Fleming of Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been assisting Maserati owners with spare parts for over 35 years. He is considered a gold mine of technical information that he has unselfishly shared with his customers and friends for a great many years. The Concorso Italiano is delighted to have Kyle as one of its special guests and plans to induct Mr. Fleming into the Concorso Italiano “Hall of Fame”, as someone who has contributed to the continuing passion.
Very few people in this world possess the kind of hands–on, grease–under–the–fingernails, real life experience of working on Maseratis that Kyle has. And when it comes to knowing where all the bodies are buried, Kyle is your man. Simply mentioning a car or a serial number to Kyle will set him on a 15-minute dissertation as he reminisces about who sold it to whom, who bought it from him, who worked on it, and so on and so on. Kyle is our own “Parts Supplier Knowledge Base and Locator” all rolled up into one generous “Car Guy”.
Operating out of his home in Virginia Beach, with his lovely wife Pat, Kyle speaks often of his “Barn” where he keeps his mountainous inventory; an inventory that is now somewhat diminished as supply stocks dwindle and Kyle and Pat spend more time on Holiday.
Jacques Pozzo di Borgo to Co–Host Kyle at CI
Jacques Pozzo di Borgo, the young entrepreneur who founded the MaseratiGT chat forum and his own Maserati parts company Maseratisource, and a very close friend of Mr. Fleming, has stepped into the limelight and given in to his own passion for Maserati. Jacques recently purchased a large portion of Kyle’s inventory and was the inspiration behind honoring him at this year’s Concorso Italiano. Jacques’ contribution to the Maserati Community is well–known and he is rapidly becoming the “go–to” Maserati guy.
